Please read the following terms of use carefully. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise accessing or using the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Warranty

Estiluz products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year from date of delivery. Estiluz products with integral LED modules and drivers are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for five (5) years from date of delivery. This guarantee is limited to replacement of defective material and does not include any labor, expenses or damages contingent or incidental thereto. Due to the nature of the current LED and drivers manufacturing industry, www.shopestiluzusa.com might not have the ability to replace the LED modules and / or the drivers at the time of failure.

This warranty does not apply to products damaged due to accident, tampering, misuse, negligence or abuse. Any manipulation or alteration of the product by a third party will void the warranty. 

Notes

All Estiluz, Inc. products are designed and manufactured to keep customers satisfied. Consequently, please note the following:

1.      Due to the high quality of our finishes, we recommend using a soft dry polish cloth for cleaning, avoiding the use of special cleaning products that could damage the finish.

2.      Estiluz reserves the right to change or modify any product in order to make deemed improvements.

3.      Do not use bulbs of a higher power than indicated.

4.      All models are patent protected.

5.      Conformity Certificates and technical information of our products are available upon request.

Products are for indoor use only unless indicated for outdoor use.
